The 'Southwest Round-Up' - is an exhilarating 8 mile rail ride from the Nevada State Railroad Museum to the Pass Turnaround and back with views of the Mojave Desert and the River Mountains. You’ll ride on our new fleet of Explorers fitted with the 'REX Propulsion System' - custom built electric motors that make the 8 mile round trip journey truly effortless.
'The Southwest Ramble' - is an exhilarating 4 mile downhill pedal powered ride from the station to the park at Railroad Pass. Bring a snack and a drink to enjoy during the 30 minute break at our rail-side picnic area. Then, enjoy a ride back to the top of the hill in one of the Museum's historic trains (included in ticket price). Please allow 1.5 hours for this tour, including check-in, railbike ride, and return to the station via train.
'Desert Sunset Tour' - The Desert Sunset tour is a romantic ride from the Nevada State Railroad Museum to the Pass Turnaround and back. Experience the vast desert sky in the cool of the evening as the sun sets behind the River Mountains. Please allow 1.5 hours for this tour, including check-in and round trip railbike ride.
'Fireside Starlight' - Lose yourself in the vast night sky as you cruise from the Nevada State Railroad Museum to the Pass Turnaround and back. Enjoy personal fire pits as you relax on our signature red Adirondack chairs, surrounded by cafe lights and under a canopy of stars. Please allow 1.5 hours for this tour, including check-in and round trip railbike ride.
